Sustainability & CSRD
94% of the CO2 is already in that one device.
of a laptop's CO2 emissions sit in production. Every device you use longer or reuse prevents those emissions from happening again.

Lifecycle management extends lifespan, drives reuse, and delivers the data you need for your CSRD report.
kg CO2 emissions per laptop
Sound familiar?
CSRD requires data you don't have
81% of companies find Scope 3 reporting difficult83% call data access the biggest obstacle. IT hardware falls under Scope 3 Category 1 (purchased goods). Without per-device lifecycle data, reporting is estimating instead of measuring.
76% of retired laptops are still usable
Only 12.3% of devices that get disposed of are actually defectiveAtos analysed 28.5 million devices. The conclusion: nearly 9 in 10 retired devices still function. Organisations throw value away by replacing too early without a condition assessment.
One extra year of use saves 23.5% CO2 per device
At a 3-year-old laptop, 94% of the CO2 footprint is already emitted before you turn it onTCO Certified calculated that extending from 3 to 4 years cuts the annual CO2 emissions per laptop by nearly a quarter. Every extra year counts, because the production emissions are already paid.

ESRS E5 mandates reporting on the circular economy
EU WEEE collection reaches only 37.5% of the required 65%ESRS E5 requires reporting on resource inflows, outflows, lifespan, repairability and waste processing. Per product category. In November 2025, critical raw materials were added, directly relevant for laptops with lithium and cobalt.

How lifecycle management solves this
Data for your CSRD report
The platform records per device: days in use per employee, per department, which supplier delivered it, and what happened at end of life. That delivers the input your reporting team needs for ESRS E1 (climate) and E5 (circular economy).
Lifespan extension as default
Lifecycle management actively steers toward repair over replacement, preventive maintenance, and optimal reuse of devices inside the organisation. Less new purchasing, less stock, less waste. The platform makes the repair-or-replace choice data-driven.
Circular chain, logged per device
Every device has a disposal log: from intake to processing. A and B grade devices get a second life. What can't be reused goes through certified processing. Demonstrable per serial number.
Reuse and processing rates
The platform reports per period how many devices were reused, repaired, or processed. Those rates are directly usable for ESRS E5 reporting: resource outflows, circularity rates, and waste processing. No estimates, measurable data from the process itself.
Sustainability touches the whole organisation
CSRD reporting needs data from IT processes, budgets from finance, and policy from management. Lifecycle management connects those worlds.

Setup
The platform is configured for your organisation. Device policy, integrations, and processes.
Operational
From day 1, orders, returns, repairs and replacements are processed automatically.
